During pregnancy, finding a comfortable sleeping position can feel like a real challenge 🤰. Between a growing belly, back pain, and changes in circulation, some positions truly help… while others are best avoided.
💜 Sleeping on the left side: the “golden” position
This is the queen of positions, especially in the third trimester 👑:
Supports circulation → blood flows back to the heart more easily, reducing heavy legs and swelling.
Improves oxygen and nutrient supply to your baby 🌱.

🚫 Avoid long stretches on your back
